What triggers the ending?
Complete every taxi encounter through all three correct selections. After the seventh taxi returns Dylan to the Threshold street, go back to the alley and answer the phone one final time. The last call closes the Side Story; simply finding the seventh cab is not the final trigger.
How do I know one taxi is unfinished?
A taxi should not be counted after only one green signal. Each region has three selection rounds followed by the return from the Threshold. If the final call does not become available, compare all seven zones and revisit the encounter where you may have left after an early confirmation.
Is there a hidden eighth taxi?
