Put every Calibration Unit on the yellow-taped squares required by that station, then activate the Tuning Device. Perimeter uses near/far spacing, Factory uses a line, and East Park fills all three positions.
How to start Power Lines
Power Lines is part of the Contain the Crisis route. It begins from Central's Field Office after Arish's Briefing and sends Dylan east through Perimeter, Factory, and East Park stations. Completing it advances Notes: Plan of Attack and rewards a Living Shard.
Every station solution
Perimeter Station: near one, far two
Collect all three Calibration Units. Place one in the taped square closest to the Tuning Device and the other two in the far squares: one by the northern dead end and one inside the powered store. Activate only when the display turns green.
Factory Station: one straight line
Bring the shop Unit down from the entrance, recover one below the stairs and one from the train, then place all three in a straight line: one by the stair foot and two between the benches.
East Park Station: fill every square
Clear the Mold from the three taped positions and place the two reachable Units. Trigger the incomplete device to teleport into the locked shop, break its panel from inside, and bring the third Unit back to the empty square.
Vanished Station Platform A
Open the route between platforms, gather all four Units, and stage two per platform. On A, power the gate to recover the last Unit, then move the charge away so the light-fed Mold can be removed from the marked position. Place both Units and calibrate A first.
Vanished Station Platform B
Power B long enough to grow Mold across the broken center wires. Remove the power, destroy the side Mold while preserving the two conductive center clumps, place both Units on the side squares, and activate the device.
Why Platform B keeps failing
The center Mold is part of the circuit. Power makes it grow across the broken wires; removing power lets you clear the unwanted growth from the side platforms. If you destroy the conductive center pieces, restore power and let them grow back before trying the Tuning Device again.
What confirms mission completion?
After both Vanished Station platforms calibrate, defeat the Mold enemies and return upstairs to Dr. Florez. The conversation closes Power Lines. If Notes: Plan of Attack is still open, check its other required route rather than repeating a station that already shows as powered.
